The role involves the management of all activities of the Hotel's Food and Beverage Operation comprising of the Camilaun Restaurant, Blazer's Bar & Bistro and Banqueting. It includes Staff training, customer satisfaction, staff satisfaction, adherence to budgetary targets, sales activities and adherence to all policies, procedures and standards. Main Duties: Ensure Food & Beverage areas in the hotel run efficiently and effectively according to the standards of the department. Manage and control the payroll and other operating costs. Budgeting and forecasting. To ensure appropriate quality standards are adhered to at all times. To provide training and ensure the training plan for the F&B areas is maintained Maintain a visible presence on the floor to support the Food & Beverage Team Manage the Food & Beverage Team and their development To support when necessary in all areas of the hotel. To maintain effective communication with all staff and management in the hotel and ensuring they are well informed.

Required Qualifications: 
Hotel Management or Business Qualification 3 years’ experience as Hospitality Manager in a busy hotel property with multiple F&B outlets.
Required Skills: 
Motivated team player with excellent organizational and people management skills. Possess good communications and interpersonal skills Focus on training and staff improvement Strong financial background Ability to plan staff rosters to ensure excellent customer service depending on business and functions demands also factoring in training.
