Responsibilities Include
• Rostering of departments in line with forecasted revenue & budgets
• Monitoring the departments productivity & professionalism to ensure hotel standards are met
• Provide training and development for each department, based on the hotel’s training requirements & their individual needs.
• Provide feedback to General Manager on areas for improvement
• Participate in management meetings & conduct department meetings to ensure smooth communication throughout
•Ensure Night Audit is correct & liaise with Accounts on any revenue or billing issues. 
• Work closely with Sales, Reservations & Revenue to ensure maximum revenue is achieved for the hotel
• Oversee & manage the daily communication to all departments of the hotel client’s requests


Required Qualifications: 
They will also need:- • At least 1 years’ experience in a 4/5* hotel in a similar role • High levels of motivation, enthusiasm and an innovative approach, flexibility in relation to shifts. • Full, clean driving licence • Knowledge of Opera • A natural attitude towards providing excellent quality service • Excellent computer skills • Good team player with a flexible and cooperative attitude • Fluency in English both written and oral
