Rochestown Park Hotel currently seeks to recruit a Front Office Manager (Maternity Leave Cover)

The role will involve:

  1. Managing all aspects of the day to day running of the Front Office Department.
  2. Responsibility for the Reception team – Daily Operations, Customer Care, Skills Training etc.
  3. Working in conjunction with the Revenue & Reservations departments ensuring maximum occupancy, room allocations, updating guest profiles etc.
  4. Ensuring SOP’s are monitored and reviewed regularly.
  5. Communication of a daily AM / PM shift report to the Management Team & departmental HOD’s
  6. Reviewing & acknowledging comments recorded on on-line Hotel review sites.
  7. Striving to achieve maximum customer service reviews on third party websites.
  8. Ensuring that Hotel Front Office standards are consistently being delivered by being courteous, polite and friendly to customers at all times.

Required Qualifications: 
Requirements: Previous experience in Front Office Management / Head Receptionist role Knowledge of Fidelio or Opera PMS preferable Industry Based / Hospitality Qualifications
Required Skills: 
Excellent Communication Skills - fluent spoken and written English is essential for this role. Time Management & Hands on Attitude to getting things done essential Excellent Customer Care Skills
