Duties include:

  • Assisting with
    • Recruitment 
    • Short-listing applications, scheduling interviews & co-coordinating the offer process
    • The implementation of the disciplinary process
    • Application of the hotel grievance procedure
  • Assisting with the day to day running of the HR department 
  • Handling employee queries,
  • General HR administration and filing.
  • Provide operational HR support to employee’s, line managers, Duty Management Team and the General Manager
  • Development of Human Resource Policies and Procedures
  • Manage projects as assigned
  • Produce metrics for projects and processes as required
  • Establish relationships with the HR team, and grow the knowledge base of the team by partnering with key stakeholders on common initiatives and objectives
Required Qualifications: 
Candidates must possess: Degree in Human Resource Management, or experience in lieu
Required Skills: 
Knowledge of HR processes, in particular o Employee contract o Induction o Performance Assessment Excellent technical skills (Excel, Word, Google Docs), as well as experience of HR systems Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high volume and complex demands Great communicator, with experience of dealing with a variety of audiences at all organisational levels A working knowledge of Irish employment legislation Knowledge of a European language would be an advantage
