The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2/3 years experience within the industry working in the kitchen environment;
  • Be standards driven;
  • Good knowledge of HACCP;
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills;
  • Have attention to detail;
  • Display initiative.


 The role:
To work as part of the busy award winning kitchen team, assisting the team in delivering consistent production to the agreed standard and within timeframes:

  • Work varying shifts and up to 5 days per week in the busy Kitchen department;
  • Produce products to the agreed standard within the agreed timeframe;
  • Ensure compliance to and document in accordance with HACCP;
  • Liaise and communicate with colleagues;
  • Ensure a professional, friendly and courteous service; and
  • To work with and assist the team to ensure that designated areas are properly prepared and set-up prior to and after service.


Required Qualifications: 
HACCP Level 2
Required Skills: 
Genuine interest and passion for food; Looking to develop a career within the hospitality industry
