The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new sales leads, identifying and developing relationships with potential clients and manage their event requirements.
This position is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys sales as a profession and is driven to accomplish set goals and objectives. The Sales Executive will work closely with the Business Unit Manager, the Events Administrator and all clients and visitors to No. 6, Kildare St.
Duties will involve, but are not limited to:
· Identify and develop new potential business
· Actively promote and sell the image and services of No.6 in line with the business plan and strategy
· Work to meet and exceed pre-agreed targets set by the Business Unit Manager
· Actively and successfully manage all new client enquiries and leads
· Develop strong relationships and strong partnerships with clients/agents/suppliers and ensure that No 6 Kildare Street is the venue of choice for events
· Organise, plan and manage site visits to No. 6 with potential clients
· Develop relationships with key organisations and engage in networking to obtain potential external business for e.g. Chamber of Commerce, Wedding Fairs, Exhibitions and Trade Fairs
· Prepare and manage all sale quotations for clients negotiating on prices and costs
· Manage all confirmed bookings from beginning to end
· Evaluate and report on event and client satisfaction
· Attend operation team meetings and report on all sales activities
· Manage the Rendezvous booking system
· Ensure all process and procedures are followed to meet both the client and business expectations
