Responsibility for the day to day Sales & Marketing Operation of the Hotel while contributing to the overall achievement in sales, business goals, budgets & brand awareness
	Key Responsibilities: 
	 
- To research, design, implement and evaluate Sales & Marketing strategies for the entire Hotel.
- To maintain existing accounts and establish ways of creating further business growth.
- To co-ordinate all sales activities in conjuction with other Hotel departments.
- To establish sales objectives through forecasting and development of annual sales.
- To demonstate practical experience in the application of digital marketing and social media as part of integrate marketing campaigns
- To establish and implement systems and processes to maximise business intelligence.
- To implement new practices in Sales & Marketing to grow revenues and to maximise sales opportunities
- To actively seek and establish new business in Conferencing and Events at local, national & international level
- To Conduct Sales meetings with all relevant internal parties.
- To demonstrate leadership experience in sales & marketing management with a thorough knowledge of marketing principles, product or service management,sales and business development combined with proven track record of success & performance.
Required Qualifications: 
Be educated to Bachelor Degree Level in Sales  & Marketing Management
Have minimum 3/5 years relevant Hospitality Sales & Marketing experience within the Hospitality sector
Required Skills: 
*  Be computer literate - Knowelge of Fidelio an advantage
*  Have a proven successful track record of delivery within the context of a Sales Management role.
*  Have ability to lead, multi task and strong decision making skills
*  Be focused on providing a consistent standard of Customer Care & Complaint Handling
