Actiris Brussels is a specialised department of Brussels Public Employment Service and provides a free tailor-made recruitment service to companies abroad to hire jobseekers from Belgium. The aim is to provide work-based training in partnership with businesses abroad and provide recruitment support to employers hiring employees, through a candidate preselection service. In addition, Actiris Brussels provides an internship grant to each trainee candidate they preselect for you, in order to help them financially, and to reduce the burden on your company.
 
The service offers customised, step-by-step support to companies including screening and pre-selection of potential candidates based on criteria agreed with the employer and includes:
 
  • Advertising your job vacancies or traineeship vacancies on actiris.brussels
  • Free shortlisting of Brussels candidates for job contracts (fixed term or permanent)
  • Free shortlisting of Brussels candidates for traineeships contracts (period of 3 or 6 months)
  • Follow-up with the employer and the trainee before, during and after the placement
  • Provision of a financial grant to the candidate (only for traineeships)
  • Support for the granting of European aid for companies to hire employees for a minimum of 6 months (for integration or training fees)
