PTSB is excited to announce the addition of a dedicated Asset Finance offering to its suite of business banking products. PTSB has completed the acquisition of c.€6.75 billion of Ulster Bank assets with the completion of the final migration of the Lombard Asset Finance business of Ulster Bank Ireland DAC (“Ulster Bank”), and has commenced trading as ‘PTSB Asset Finance’. This included the transfer of 66 former Lombard employees to PTSB who bring with them a wealth of experience in the industry.

Asset Finance products include Business Finance Leasing, Business Hire Purchase, and Contract Hire / Operating Leases to finance the likes of fitouts, cars/coaches, or renewable energy projects. The addition further strengthens PTSB’s offering to the hospitality industry and adds to its existing offering of Business Term Loans and Business Mortgages to finance refinances, acquisitions or extensions through our branches and dedicated business managers.
