Killeen Castle, located in County Meath, operates a 26-bedroom hotel, 550 golf members, and up to 30 weddings annually. With no dedicated HR department and manual, paper-based processes, the team faced challenges onboarding new starters, managing rosters, and communicating effectively across departments. About Killeen Castle

Killeen Castle is a 600-acre estate in County Meath that offers luxury lodge accommodation, fine dining, weddings, events, and a golf course. As the venue expanded into a full-service hospitality operation, the need for one central system to simplify onboarding, communication, and decision-making became essential.

With no HR department in house and a growing team, General Manager Philip Rock wanted software that would enhance visibility for management over key performance indicators such as pay percentages and forecasting, which would subsequently improve day-to-day workflows. Alkimii delivered that outcome, enabling Killeen Castle with an operational visibility which in turn has created a more efficient process.

Philip explained:
