The Fit Out Awards UK 2025, held in London recently, is a celebration of exceptional fit-out projects and the talented teams behind them. Showcasing its expertise with a number of entries, Wicklow-based Castlebrook came away with not one, but two major awards for its recent work.

With teams based in Paris, London and Wicklow and projects completed across the world, Castlebrook was already an award-winning enterprise, but this year’s success was particularly significant. The company’s impressive work on Maybourne Hotel Group’s, The Emory, a 5-star all-suites hotel in London’s Belgravia, not only secured the award for Fit-Out Project of the Year – Hospitality (Hotel) but also earned the title of overall Fit Out Project of the Year.

The Emory, a 5-star all-suites hotel is part of the Maybourne Hotel Group and is located in Belgravia, London. Maybourne operates some of the world’s best-known hotels including the Maybourne Beverly Hills, The Maybourne Riveria, The Berkeley, Claridge’s and The Connaught; the latter 2 with which Castlebrook has previously worked.

Working with world class partners such as Pierre Yves Rochon (PYR), Studio Urquiola, Rainey & Best and Piperhill Construction allowed the successful delivery of this intricate 5-star project.
