It is operational intelligence, on demand, available 24/7.

What is Ask Alkimii?

Ask Alkimii works across the full Alkimii product suite - People, Property and Insights - surfacing the kind of information a General Manager, HR lead or Finance Manager would otherwise spend valuable time compiling across multiple reports.

Managers can ask questions such as:

• What was our labour cost percentage last month?
• Which departments are trending highest for overtime?
• What maintenance issues remain unresolved?
• Provide a summary of shift notes for today.

The assistant searches securely across live Alkimii data and delivers responses based on each user’s individual system permissions.

It can also guide users on how to get more from the platform itself, drawing from Alkimii’s knowledge base to support best practice and smarter system usage.

Ask Alkimii is available across all Alkimii package levels during Beta, with visibility determined by user permissions.

This launch builds on Alkimii’s AI capabilities introduced in 2025 across workforce scheduling, maintenance and compliance - but Ask Alkimii represents a shift from automation to real-time, conversational insight.
