Following the strong interest at Showtel, Mixologiq Ireland is taking its precision‑pouring cocktail machines on a nationwide roadshow this March and April. Operators are invited to attend open demo days from 10:30am to 3:30pm across Galway, Carlow, Cork and Dublin.

At each venue, guests will have the opportunity to see the Mixo 20 in action. Developed over five years, the Mixo 20 is designed to help hospitality teams deliver high‑quality cocktails quickly, consistently, and with minimal waste.

The machine comes with 100 cocktails pre‑programmed and can store more than 300 recipes in total. Menus can be customised with classic serves or signature creations, making it suitable for everyday service as well as events. Each drink is dispensed in an average of around 30 seconds, ensuring speed and reliability during busy periods.
