Dinn Ri Hotel is based in the Centre of Carlow Town.  We require a Chef de Partie to assist the Head Chef & Sous Chefs in all areas of the Hotel & Restaurant Kitchens and our Carvery Operation.

Full & Part Times Applications will be considered.

Salary: Dependant on Experience

 

Required Qualifications: 
Professional Cookery Qualification, Knowledge of HACCP, Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a similar role, Excellent English Oral & Written,
Required Skills: 
Passionate about creating Food, Highly Motivated & Flexible, Thorough knowledge of Good Food Handling, Food Standards & Presentation, Experience and a proven track record in a busy environment,
