The Sligo Park a newly refurbished four-star hotel and leisure club, which is situated in lush landscaped parkland, one mile from the vibrant town of Sligo is looking to increase the size of its kitchen team through the recruitment of a Chef De Partie and Commis Chef.

Working closely alongside Chris Friel, Head Chef, the successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and serving food within the bar/bistro using the freshest ingredients and ensuring highly skilled presentations.

Essential Skills

  • Proven quality Chef De Partie experience in a reputable establishment.
  • Be a consistently enthusiastic and professional team player with a can do attitude.
  • HACCP trained and excellent food hygiene standards.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Good team player.

This is a full-time position.  Shift work and flexibility are required for this position.
