The Trinity City Hotel is currently seeking to recruit a suitably qualified and experienced Hospitality professional for the role of Deputy General Manager.

Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will manage all aspects of the day-to-day running of the hotel playing a prominent role in directing the Food and Beverage operations and delivering a very high level of customer care. With the Department Mangers reporting directly to the Deputy General Manager, the role involves ensuring that each area delivers a consistently high standard of guest service while achieving business objectives and maximising the profitability of all outlets and maintaining effective cost controls in all areas. This ‘hands on’ role requires the ideal candidate to have a minimum of 1 year previous experience within a large 4 star property. Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.

Required Skills: 
o Presentation and maintaining standards in all areas of the Hotel. o Implementation of standard operating procedures throughout the Hotel. o Ensuring that management and staff training and development is identified and completed by the relevant people. o Work with the Sales & Marketing team to maximise revenue in Food & Beverage by implementing innovative sales ideas. o Delivering on budgeted food & beverage and payroll costs. o Delivering and exceeding customer expectations. o Implementing and monitoring all health & safety and food safety and hygiene standards and procedures. o Energy efficiency and reduction of wastage in all areas.
