The 5* Savoy Hotel are now recruiting for the position of Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team. The following are some of the duties required:

·   Have thorough knowledge of service standards required for breakfast lunch and dinner to ensure a 5* standard is provided.

·   To be responsible for delivering a great service through a quality product and well trained team members.

·   To promote good working relations between team members and to foster high morale

·   To ensure team members are trained and continually refreshed on their training

·   Ensure all daily team briefings take place

·   To ensure all billing and charging procedures are followed

·   To ensure that the team have a complete knowledge of all elements of the food and beverage product

·   To report any guests complaints or problems to a member of the Restaurant Management or Duty Manager.

·   To attend meetings as required.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:

·   2-3 years experience working as a Supervisor of a similar 4 or 5 star property.

·   Excellent customer service skills.

·   Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.

·   Fluent English essential.
