We are looking for a motivated individual to oversee the entire Food & Beverage operation within our Boutique Hotel located in the heart of West Cork.
- Responsibilities to include:
- Managing and developing a team of food and beverage professionals
- Delivering exceptional customer service to all guests
- Increasing Sales while ensuring a high standard of quality and service are maintained
- Have a strong knowledge of cost controls, food and beverage procedures
- Health and Safety requirements
