Waterford Castle is a 4 Star Deluxe Hotel located on its own Island minutes from Waterford City Centre. We are looking to recruit an experienced Pastry Chef to join our passionate and talented kitchen brigade.
Required Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must have:
A recognised qualification in Professional Chef/Culinary Skills
Minimum of 3 years experience working within a similar quality environment
Required Skills:
Be passionate about Pastry focused on working in a fine dining environment,
He/she must be able to work as part of a team or on own initiative in a busy kitchen environment,
Be creative and possess high standards and excellent attention to detail
He/she must legally be able to live and work in Ireland.
