We seek an enthusiastic, self-motivated and experienced Manager from the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate must have strong business development, customer care and communication skills and the drive to meet sales targets. The role will be target driven to maximise and develop revenue from local, national and international markets and continue to support and develop our existing customer base.

 

The successful candidate must have at least 2 year's experience in a similar role in the Hospitality sector, fluent spoken and written English, the acumen to grow business with existing clients through relationship building, ability to work on own initiative and be able to open doors into new business opportunities for our Company.

This role, based in Dublin City Centre involves contributing to and assisting with the implementation of the annual Sales strategies.  This will involve a significant number of face to face sales calls on a weekly basis to those organisations who have the potential to avail of our hospitality services - bedrooms, food & beverage and meetings.

 

The role will involve travel so candidates must be car owners and hold a full Driver's Licence.

Required Qualifications: 
Essential qualifications: - Hotel experience and knowledge of the Hospitality Industry - A proven track record in pro-active sales - Knowledge of and familiarity with various on-line media, video and internet. Preferred qualifications: - BA/BSc degree or equivalent with a strong academic record. - Active user of internet and online applications such as Facebook, Twitter etc.

- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) with good interpersonal skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment.
