2022 is already a landmark year for Bathrooms4U, with major expansion plans coming to fruition in Kerry & Dublin. The Bathrooms4U team has grown to over 100 this year and with new facilities and commercial contracts in place, the Kerry company is now embarking on a new recruitment campaign to recruit a further 40 staff over the next month to ensure that their customers continue to get fast and efficient service.

Key to the company's success story is the fast delivery of high quality bathrooms for all of its customers, as Bathrooms4U CEO Alan O'Sullivan explains: "Bathrooms4U’s five day promise of removing your old bathroom and installing your new dream bathroom has been the cornerstone of our success. We have seen major growth over the past five years, and now we have put in place the infrastructure to enable the growth to continue".

New Headquarters & Flagship Store

Bathrooms 4U are now putting the finishing touches on their brand new headquarters at Manor, Tralee, which will also feature their flagship store which will encompass an impressive 8,000 square foot showroom.

The new store, which will be opening at the end of May will stock a large selection of high-quality bathroom ware and tiles to suit all budgets, as well as a range of luxury wellness home products such as hot tubs, saunas and swim spas with working models on display in the showroom. There will also be a large section devoted to mobility bathrooms.

In-Store Interior Designer

The design and efficient use of space in a bathroom is absolutely essential in maximising the full potential when it comes to your brand new dream bathroom so to help in the design process Bathrooms4U will have both an interior designer on hand and in-store along with state-of-the-art 4D VR technology, which together will allow customers to view their brand new dream bathroom virtually with the help of virtual reality software.

Commercial Business Growing

To cater for the company's growing business on the east coast Bathrooms4U has now developed a new 10,000 square foot warehouse in Walkinstown in Dublin - and due to ever-growing demand, Bathrooms4U will also be opening a new retail store at the Walkinstown facility.

Bathrooms 4U already has six crews working full-time in the Leinster area, so the decision to expand and create a new hub in Dublin made sense from a business point of view, Alan explained.

Alan Kelly is Bathrooms 4U's sales manager and he is particularly proud of the growth in the commercial side of the business.

"We've had a phenomenal start to 2022 with more than XX bathrooms fully installed in the Eccles Hotel in Glengarriff, and the Mulranny Hotel in Westport” he said.

Seeking new recruits for our dedicated team

Alan O'Sullivan attributes a lot of Bathrooms4U's growth and success to the quality of his team. "We have got some great people working for us." Alan says. "Séamus Scanlon, the former Kerry footballer, has been on board for 23 years. Aidan McCabe has been with us for 17 years, along with stalwarts like Aidan Duggan, Paudie Lucy, Jacinta McMahon and Jason Flaherty."

"Alan Kelly, our sales manager has been key to our expansion, along with sales consultant David O'Shea. Every member of staff has played their part in getting us where we are today," Alan explained.

Now, as he looks to the future, and further expansion Alan says: "Bringing the business to the next level means that we need to recruit more staff. We have launched a massive campaign to recruit tilers, bathroom fitters, and plumbers to add to the team. We will also be offering apprenticeships in each of the trades."

"Our tradesmen are on top terms and conditions, and share in the success of Bathrooms4U," he adds, "They are skilled people and deserve to be rewarded. New recruits can expect the very same, we look after our people, and they, in turn, look after our clients."
