Built directly into the TablePath reservation widgets and the Guest Portal, it covers three scenarios hotels ask about most.

Deposits & prepayments
Require full or partial prepayment for high-value slots: afternoon tea, festive lunches, private events. Guests are prompted for payment within the standard booking flow, and your cancellation policy (notice period and penalty fee) is shown clearly before they confirm, then repeated in their confirmation email.

Experiences, built for one-off events
A guest chef night, wine tasting, a cocktail evening, a Christmas market night: give these their own dedicated listing to promote and sell, either as a one-off or repeating experience. As each experience carries a fixed price and, if you choose, a fixed date and time, a booking effectively works like a ticket for the evening. No separate ticketing platform or spreadsheet needed to see who has paid and who is coming. Fixed-date experiences skip straight to guest details, keeping the journey quick for guests who already know what they want.

Optional upsells
Offer add-ons such as a wine pairing or a pre-dinner cocktail at the point of booking. Guests can add one in a couple of taps, or continue without if they prefer.

For hotels, the upside is straightforward: fewer no-shows on your highest-value slots, upfront revenue on ticketed-style events and experiences, and a genuine upsell channel that runs itself. All within the booking widget guests already use!
