The Role

At the South Court Hotel we are looking for an experienced standards driven individual with passion, drive and enthusiasm to fulfill this role.

This role will be extremely hands on to ensure that hotel standards in all areas and specifically in relation to the Food and Beverage outlets are continuously delivered and our guests completely satisfied.

You will be responsible for reviewing, implementing and monitoring Food and Beverage service standards, throughout all the food and beverage outlets including the bar, restaurant, room service and conference centre.

With plans afoot to refurbish our bar /restaurant you will be accountable for the delivery of a number of Food Service projects within a specific time frame.

 

The key to our success lies with our team and you will be responsible for proactively developing, motivating training and encouraging your team to deliver on service standards.

 

The Candidate  will have

  • At least three years Management experience with extensive knowledge of the Food and Beverage industry.  
  • Comprehensive  knowledge of food trends.
  • Be passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
  • The ability to develop, motivate and lead a team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A proven track record in the delivery of business goals and targets.
  • A high level of attention to detail is necessary.
  • A clear understating of financial planning and budgets.
  • Excellent organisation and planning skills.
  • Diploma/Degree in Hotel /Catering or Tourism Management.
