Executive Housekeeper - Radisson Blu

Under the general guidance of the General Manager the successful candidate will direct and manages all operations and employees in Housekeeping and Laundry to obtain the highest quality of cleanliness, and to provide efficient, prompt, courteous, trouble free and proactive service to customers; hence maximising guest satisfaction.

Experienced Reservations Assistant

 

The role is responsible to promote and take reservations at Sheen Falls Lodge.  

The ideal candidate should have an outgoing, positive attitude and be a highly focused and disciplined individual, be a good enterpriser and get a buzz from being competitive while having the ability to work as part of a team.

Previous reservations experience in a similar role and establishment is essential, along with strong networking and interpersonal skills.  

Chef de Partie

 

This is a hands-on role that will need the skills of a dedicated person to take responsibility for preparing, cooking and presenting a range of dishes within a section of the kitchen assisted by commis chefs and under the guidance of the head chef and sous chef.

The ideal candidate must have a good knowledge of hygiene (HACCP qualified) and wastage control, and have previous experience at researching and contributing to new dishes within a section.

To ensure service delivery at every point of sale in the Food and Beverage Department you are in. To be totally customer focused by consistently delivering excellent customer service with an informed, friendly and effective approach. To assist with the responsibility for the day to day running of the department within the overall policies and controls established by the hotel and Operations Manager, ensuring that the standards are delivered and profitability achieved.

Hotel Receptionist

The Glendalough Hotel is a 3 star 40 bedroomed hotel in the heart of Glendalough Valley.  We are currently looking for an experienced hotel receptionist to join the team in this very busy hotel.

The Ideal candidate must have excellent customer service skills, be friendly in nature and have an excellent telephone manner. 

Reception duties include check in and check out, reservations, liaising with other departments of the hotel including kitchen, housekeeping/maintenance.
