Reception Supervisor

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years hotel reception experience, and also a working knowledge of Opera or a similar Front Office system.

This role would suit an ambitious chef who wishes to make his/her mark on a 5* Hotel Restaurant.

Yew Tree Restaurant at Muckross Park`Hotel has one AA Rosette and is aiming to get a 2nd Rosette this year and targeting  further accolades. The role has a salary of up to €40000, depending on experience.

Main Purpose of Job

To liase in a friendly and efficient manner with guests on arrival, whilst in-house and on departure, ensure correct billing of guest accounts and the smooth flow of communication between departments.

Ensures that all reports are properly certified and trained in their respective positions, and that all training and certification materials are up-to-date and maintained.
