We are currently looking for an experienced Accommodation Manager.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in team building and motivating as well as a background in improving and then maintaining standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• To ensure all guest bedrooms and public areas are cleaned to the highest standard

• To ensure all rooms are thoroughly checked every day to ensure standards are achieved and maintained

Duty Manager



·         Providing excellence in customer care and service to all of our guest allowing us to achieve our vision




  • In conjunction with the appointed managers, to assist in the implementation of the agreed standards of performance within all areas of hotel, ensuring that all services offered are of the highest 4* standards of quality, service and customer care.

Chef de Partie & Commis Chef (Full Time)

We require a Full Time Chef de Partie and Commis Chef to join our Kitchen Team.

Applicants will be able to provide guests with food of a high standard of preparation and presentation and will be required to work as part of the Kitchen Team in order to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and service.

The ideal candidate will: - possess at least 3 years experience in relevant positions in a 4* or 5* hotel.

- strong communication and organisational skills.

Commis Chef

Main Purpose Of Job:  To accept training in a quality Kitchen with a responsible and positive approach to learning correct methods of Kitchen work.



Main Duties:


·         To establish a basic knowledge of the elementary kitchen practices through training.


·         To perform duties as prescribed by the more senior chefs and to learn from him/her the preparation, cooking and presentation of dishes according to specification.
