Chef De Partie

  • To ensure that all chefs are familiar with the day's requirements, function sheets and any other updates.
  • To ensure that the necessary stocks are on hand at the right quality and quantity.
  • To ensure that all staff is treated fairly and with commonly accepted courtesy.
  •  To ensure that all statutory, as well as company, hygiene regulations are being strictly adhered to.
  • To ensure that all maintenance problems are timeously reported and followed up.

Receptionist

The candidates should have the following qualifications

Excellent administration skills

Applicant must be computer literate
(ECDL or similar qualification preferable)

Front office training or experience on Hotsoft
or a similar hotel system advantageous

Excellent communication skills required

Local knowledge and native Irish speaker a distinct advantage

A fantastic opportunity for a chef/cook at the magnificently located Dunmore House Hotel overlooking the Blue Flag Inchydoney Beach and Clonakilty Bay. We are a busy hotel, open March to December, specialising in local, seasonal foods.  We have a hotel restaurant and also offer casual bar/lounge dining. We cater for weddings of up to 260 guests.  Our aim is to continuously improve on our already high standards and our kitchen team is a vital part of this.  Cooking is of a very high quality and the successful canditate will have a proved track record of relevant experience.

Accommodation Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Recruiting, training, motivating and managing the accommodation team.

  2. Ensuring all activities are carried out in line with the hotel's high standards.

  3. Work with maintenance and healthy and safety personnel to record and resolve issues quickly and appropriately.

  4. Co-ordinate and delegate cleaning duties, monitoring the standards and outcomes.

Front Office Manager

The successful candidate will work closely with our General Manager and will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day front office operation of the hotel.
