The Role

Responsible for all meeting conference and banqueting events. Full responsibility for standards, development, motivation and supervision of banqueting staff.

Assistant Food & Beverage Manager (absolute bar & grill responsible)

The Four Star Absolute Hotel in Limerick consists of 99 bedrooms, Absolute Bar & Grill as well as conference and banqueting facilities for up to 170 people.

The core focus of the position will be on the Food & Beverage standards in the bar and grill. You will be reporting into an Operations Manager

We are seeking to recruit an accomplished Chef De Partie at the hotel. Creative person required with flair to add a new dimension to hotels kitchen brigade. Knowledge of HACCP essential as is over two years experience in a Four or Five Star fine dining environment. Appropriate qualifications required. 

Training will be provided in-house.
