Spa Therapist/Yoga or Pilates Instructor

We are seeking an experienced therapist with Yoga/Pilates teacher training for SAMAS our Deluxe Destination Spa. The right candidate will have the ability to perform body and beauty treatments to exceptional standards, with great focus on quality and attention to detail to give our discerning guests the best possible experience. You will also be involved with determining our weekly schedule of Classes & Activities for resident guests of the hotel. 

At Limerick Strand Hotel, we offer a full range of facilities including 184 bedrooms, a function room that caters for up to 600 people, 13 purpose built meeting rooms, 6 of which are located on the top floor of the Hotel with panoramic views of the city, also a business centre and meeting reception area, Energize Leisure Centre, Cafe Bar and Award winning River Restaurant.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for all meeting conference and banqueting events. Full responsibility for standards, development, motivation and supervision of banqueting staff.

The Four Star Absolute Hotel in Limerick consists of 99 bedrooms, Absolute Bar & Grill as well as conference and banqueting facilities for up to 170 people.

The core focus of the position will be on the Food & Beverage standards in the bar and grill. You will be reporting into an Operations Manager

Chef De Partie

We are seeking to recruit an accomplished Chef De Partie at the hotel. Creative person required with flair to add a new dimension to hotels kitchen brigade. Knowledge of HACCP essential as is over two years experience in a Four or Five Star fine dining environment. Appropriate qualifications required.
