90% of Premises Report Increased Business Levels for First Six Months of 2015

 

·         83% of hoteliers seeing an increase in advance bookings for the summer season

·         79% reporting an increase in domestic visitors compared to last year

Overseas Visitor Numbers up 12% during first five months of 2015

 

The Irish Hotels Federation (IHF) welcomes the strong growth in overseas visitors to Ireland announced today (link to CSO figures). Visitor numbers are up 13.4% for the period March – May 2015 and up 12% overall for the first five months of the year.
