Food & Beverage Team Members

§  To stock service tables with additional cutlery, crockery, linen and glass requirements.

§  Ensure all food accompaniments are available.

§  To meet, greet, seat and take orders from customers if required, completing dockets as required.

§  To serve all food and drink ordered in a polite, efficient, courteous manner, in line with company standards, using all appropriate opportunities to sell additional Drinks, wines etc.

§  To ensure that correct accompaniment's are available.

Accommodation Manager

This role requires an effective hands on Manager with good overall experience in Rooms Divisions who will liaise effectively with Front Desk and Guest Relations. They will assume direct responsibility for all Accommodation Services activities within the hotel including Guest Rooms and Public areas delivering the highest standards of service and cleanliness. We require a progressive manager who will be a superb organiser, be self-motivated, and have excellent communication skills offering individual service with high levels of attention to detail.

Front Desk Manager

Directly supervise all front office and reservation personnel and ensure proper completion of all front office duties.  Direct and coordinate the activities of the front desk, reservations, guest services, and telephone areas.  Prepare monthly reports for front office department.

Sous Chef

Due to expanding business we have an opening for an experienced Sous Chef.

This position would suit a Senior Chef looking to make the next step in their career.

The suitable candidate must have at least 2 years experience as a Senior Chef in a busy hotel kitchen environment.

Chef de Partie

Overall job purpose:        

To prepare, cook and present for service as required, foodstuffs and sauces to the standards of the establishment.

 

Main Duties:

·         To prepare various dishes and foodstuffs as required for service in banqueting areas or other food outlets.

·         To assist in other kitchen departments as when required.

·         To operate in a safe and responsible manner with recognised techniques.

·         To ensure a high standard of personal hygiene.
