Duty Manager

Lawlors Hotel Dungarvan is currently recruiting a Full Time Duty Manager.  The Candidate must have strong F&B experience with at least two years in a management role.

The successful candidate will be required to oversee all departments whilst on duty and to have strong leadership skills to manage costs and organise teams in a very competitive market.

Candidate would ideally be available to start immediately.

2/3 years’ experience in a full time bar position in a bar or 3/4 star Hotel
