Food and Beverage Manager

The role involves the management of all activities of the Hotel's Food and Beverage Operation comprising of the Camilaun Restaurant, Blazer's Bar & Bistro and Banqueting. It includes Staff training, customer satisfaction, staff satisfaction, adherence to budgetary targets, sales activities and adherence to all policies, procedures and standards. Main Duties: Ensure Food & Beverage areas in the hotel run efficiently and effectively according to the standards of the department. Manage and control the payroll and other operating costs. Budgeting and forecasting.

Senior Receptionist

Maintenance Assistant

We are currently recruiting an experienced maintenance assistant to join our team.

Liaise with the Management team on a daily tasks to prioritise maintenance requirements for the Hotel.

Deal with all electrical, plumbing, heating, and other maintenance issues on a daily basis and co-ordinate contractors when required.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

Ensure all work carried out increases ease of service and guest satisfaction.

Deal with all service and product guarantees and warranties.

Job Description;

Chef de partie you get to oversee a section of the kitchen, be it pastry, butchery, fish, sauces, vegetables.

Key responsibilities:

• Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your speciality

• Managing and training any demi-chef de parties or commis working with you

Duty Manager

Lawlors Hotel Dungarvan is currently recruiting a Full Time Duty Manager.  The Candidate must have strong F&B experience with at least two years in a management role.

The successful candidate will be required to oversee all departments whilst on duty and to have strong leadership skills to manage costs and organise teams in a very competitive market.
