This position would suit a Senior Chef looking to make the next step in their career.

The suitable candidate must have at least 2 years experience as a Senior Chef in a busy hotel kitchen environment.

Overall job purpose:        

To prepare, cook and present for service as required, foodstuffs and sauces to the standards of the establishment.


Main Duties:

·         To prepare various dishes and foodstuffs as required for service in banqueting areas or other food outlets.

·         To assist in other kitchen departments as when required.

·         To operate in a safe and responsible manner with recognised techniques.

·         To ensure a high standard of personal hygiene.

The chosen individual will have previous experience in the Hotel industry, preferably on reception or in reservations and will have great attention to detail and organisational skills. This person will be the very 1st point of contact for many of our guests as they will deal with the booking from enquiry stage. They will be sales motivated and passionate about our fantastic product and that will come across to all of our existing & prospective guests.
