The property is recruiting for an experienced Sous Chef with professional experience in banqueting and hotels. The successful candidate who will assist the Head Chef in the culinary operations of the hotel will require strong leadership abilities in order to deputise in the absence of the Head Chef. Creativity, flair and innovation when creating meals are required in order to maximise the properties reputation within its market.

We currently have a position available as Sous Chef for our newly refurbished MAPAS restaurant.

We are interested in hearing from candidates who are passionate about food and enjoy working in a busy, vibrant and diverse environment.  Duties will include preparing and presentation of food in our main kitchen for our 4 star restaurant.  Some experience in a similar property would be of benefit to applicants but is not essential.
