Accommodation Assistant

Accommodation Assistants are responsible for ensuring cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas, to ensure guests have an excellent experience.

You will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

- Clean public areas, including public toilets

- Clean guest bedrooms and bathrooms

- Vacuum rooms and corridors

- Restock and maintain trolley on daily basis

- Be environmentally aware and dispose of waste accordingly

- Carry out lost property procedures

Sous Chef

We are currently seeking a Sous chef to join our Kitchen team.

Duties Included:

- Cooking and preparation of food to align and succeed the Standard of the Hotel

- To maintain a safe, hygienic and healthy working environment

- To ensure that all standards are met including food preparation and cooking, food presentation and food hygiene

- Providing guidance in Kitchen team

- Working as part of a team


- Previous experience in a busy environment

The Role


Front Office Manager

Responsibilities Include
• Rostering of departments in line with forecasted revenue & budgets
• Monitoring the departments productivity & professionalism to ensure hotel standards are met
• Provide training and development for each department, based on the hotel’s training requirements & their individual needs.
• Provide feedback to General Manager on areas for improvement
• Participate in management meetings & conduct department meetings to ensure smooth communication throughout

Commis Chef

As a Commis Chef you will be trained on multiple sections and attention to detail, organisational skills are key requirements for this position. Applicants must have HACCP knowledge.

You will assist the chefs in the day-to-day operation, ensuring Service Standards and Brand Standards are being delivered on consistently. You will be fully conversant with all menus and the specific demands.

To oversee the day-to-day operation of a very busy Food & Beverage outlet.

To maintain and control Labour Costs for Hotel.

To ensure inventory stock takes are carried out on all stock and equipment.

Work closely with the chef on creating new ideas and promotions to generate new revenue streams.

Recruitment of team and ensure all employees receive adequate training.

To ensure all departmental costs are in line with budget.
