Front Desk Manager

Directly supervise all front office and reservation personnel and ensure proper completion of all front office duties.  Direct and coordinate the activities of the front desk, reservations, guest services, and telephone areas.  Prepare monthly reports for front office department.

Sous Chef

Due to expanding business we have an opening for an experienced Sous Chef.

This position would suit a Senior Chef looking to make the next step in their career.

The suitable candidate must have at least 2 years experience as a Senior Chef in a busy hotel kitchen environment.

Overall job purpose:        

To prepare, cook and present for service as required, foodstuffs and sauces to the standards of the establishment.


Main Duties:

·         To prepare various dishes and foodstuffs as required for service in banqueting areas or other food outlets.

The role involves the day to day overseeing of operations in the hotel aswell as all conference and banqueting business in the hotel. Customer service is a major part of the role so the applicant be outgoing and friendly and be willing to deal with all guest enquiries.
