Sales, Marketing and Events Coordinator

We at the award winning 4* Annebrook House Hotel are currently recruiting a Sales, Marketing and & Events Co-ordinator to take responsibility for enquiries and see the sales process through from enquiry to confirmation of all Re-active & Pro-active sales opportunities.  This is a vital role within the hotel and requires a candidate who has an outgoing personality but who also has excellent attention to detail.

Main Duties:

Head Chef

Scope of the Job:


Food & Beverage Attendant


 Ø  To ensure that all guests are served in a timely and efficiently manner.

Ø  To anticipate the needs of all guests, e.g. condiments, more drinks, etc.

Ø  To ensure that complaints are handled in an efficient, prompt, guest satisfying way and are always communicated to the F & B / C & B / Duty Manager.

Ø  To have a thorough knowledge of menus, specials, pricing, any changes, etc.

Ø  To take every care to ensure highest possible standard of service through staff training.
