SCOPE & GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB

 

To assist with the day-to-day running of the hotel and supervision of the staff .

To manage the hotel in the absence of the General Manager, ensuring adequate management cover is present.

The ongoing management of all aspects of the operation of the C & B Department.  

The setting & maintenance of agreed sets of standards for all operational aspects of the C & B  Operation.  

Maintenance of the C & B Suite / Meeting Rooms and all associated areas.

The ideal candidate will be able to provide food to a high standard of preparation. The successful candidate will also be required to work as part of the kitchen team and must have at least two years experience. Fluent english is essential and must be familar with haccp.

Senior Hotel Manager with F&B experience

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Food & Beverage operations for the Terrace Restaurant, Library Bar, Kitchen & Coffee Dock and Room Service ensuring that all areas meet the Whites of Wexford's standards of quality and service, and to work with the Senior Management team to improve the levels of customer care and to optimise profits, increase sales and promote new and diverse business.

We are seeking an individual with drive, ambition and strong interpersonal skills to lead and co-ordinate our Bar & Restaurant teams.  The successful candidate will have the ability to deliver high levels of Customer Service within the Bar & Restaurant environment, coupled with the skills and knowledge to train and motivate team.

 

 

Hotel Receptionist

We are currently require a Receptionist on a full-time, permanent basis to join their busy Reception Team.  The pay rate for this role would be €10.00 per hour inclusive of Sunday Premium and overtime payments where applicable.

The main duties of this role includes:
• To greet guests in a warm, friendly manner;
• To check in and out guests efficiently and quickly using Hotsoft;
• Answer switchboard and telephone in a friendly, professional manner, transferring calls to correct extensions and dealing with requests;
