Sous Chef

We are looking to recruit a talented individual to assist our Head Chef. If you have previous Sous Chef experience in a busy hotel/ restaurant then we want to hear from you. The ideal candidate must be able to work off their own initiative and have excellent organisation skills with a relevant 3rd level qualification. 

Key Areas of Responsibility: 

Banquet Manager


The Banquet Manager has the overall responsibility of running the Banquet Department. Make procedural decisions pertaining to the Department and is involved in all areas of staffing, training and problem solving. Responsible for staff understanding of brand standards, philosophy and specific position processes. Ensures that all reports are properly certified and trained in their respective positions, and that all training and certification materials are up-to-date and maintained.

Senior Sales Manager

Senior Sales Manager

This exciting new role will form an integral part of the sales team at the 4-star Hilton Dublin Kilmainham Hotel. Commis Chef

Commis Chef required for the 4 star Menlo Park Hotel Galway. Previous experience is required preferably in a similiar type establishment. You must have a love of cooking and pride in producing quality food and presentation and consistency of dishes at all times. Able to work in a busy environment as part of a team.


Experienced Housekeeper required for a full time position in a guesthouse in Killarney. Fluent English is essential and at least 2 years experience.

Golf Club Chef de Partie

Working as part of the Resort Kitchen Team in the busy Golf Club Kitchen, the Golf Club Chef de Partie will be responsible for the day to day operation while liasing with the Resort Head Chef 

Duty Manager


Chef De Partie

An experienced Chef De Partie is required at Fitzpatrick Castle Hotel. This person will be required to work in each kitchen - Main Kitchen, Grill Kitchen and Banqueting kitchen. The desired person will have experience in a similar style hotel and thrive on working under pressure. The desired person will also be required to work on their own initiative but be an excellent team player as well. Flexibility is required as the position will require the person to work shift work and weekend work.
