Banqueting Sous Chef

 

We are looking for a creative, passionate and experienced individual to head up our Banqueting Team

 

 

The ideal candidate will have:

Excellent Conference and Banqueting experience.

Proven experience in a 4 star Hotel or similar.

High standards and be quality driven, setting pace and standard.

An excellent working knowledge of HACCP.

 

Duty Manager

Duty Manager required for the Talbot Hotel Carlow. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years experience in a similar role in a 4 Star Hotel. A superb opportunity to join a vibrant team and to expand your knowledge and experience.

General Manager

The Position
 
 Experienced General Manager sought to lead the team at this modern and extensive 4 star hotel.
 
 The candidate will be responsible for the overall operation and financial performance of the business. Strong commercial acumen is required, matched with an ability to ensure the business and the team deliver a quality offering for the customer.
 

Buffet Chef

Buffet Chef Required.

Hours would mainly be Monday to Friday 7-3.30pm (with some Sunday shifts).

Candidate would need 3+ years experience preparing world cuisine in a 4 star hotel.

The persons will be required to work shifts and weekends so flexibility in working hours is essential.

  • hotel bar experience and/or waiting experience in a restaurant environment

Bistro Chef

We are looking for a full time bistro chef for our very busy Timmy Mac's bistro.  the ideal candidate will have fluent english and at least 2 years experience in a similar establishment.
